Network Engineering Maintenance

Network Engineering will be performing upgrades/maintenance on several of our aggregate switches in our Scranton facility over the next two weeks. These upgrades are part of our planned network capacity upgrade that is expected to be completed by mid-October.

The upgrade/maintenance schedule is as follows:

Thursday, September 23rd, 10PM–12AM EST - (2) 10-minute outages for each of the following devices:
AGG01.SCTN01.HOSTNOC.NET
AGG02.SCTN01.HOSTNOC.NET

Thursday, September 30th, 10PM–12AM EST – (1) 20-minute and (1) 10-minute outage for each of the following devices
AGG03.SCTN01.HOSTNOC.NET
AGG04.SCTN01.HOSTNOC.NET

During these maintenance windows, users may see brief outages and periods of latency. Our intent is to have these upgrades completed as quickly as possible with minimal impact to our customers.
